How to set the BIOS in UEFI/Legacy Mode?

In order to recognize the RAID controller, proceed as follows:

  1. Make the controller is in slot 5 or 6 as it may not be detected in other slots
  2. Enter the Bios setup by pressing the F2 key, during the system boot
  3. Select Advanced
  4. Select PCI configuration
  5. Select UEFI Option ROM Control
  6. The RAID controller should appear under the option Storage Controller
