When playing videos using Microsoft default viewer (Video and TV) the system freezes and must be hard reset to continue.
Resolution
Normally, the issue is solved after updating the operating system to version 2004 and above
To update or make sure the windows version is the latest please follow the next steps
- Go to Windows start
- Click on Settings
- Go to update and security
- Scan for updates
- Apply the ones pending
