An error message: This platform is not supported appears during the installation process of the Intel Rapid Storage Technology driver.
Resolution
Follow the steps below to successfully install the Intel RST driver:
- Download the Intel RST driver from Intel Download Center. If you have an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) system, please consult the manufacturer for the appropriate drivers.
- Locate the downloaded file and extract the files if needed.
- Install the driver by following the Installation Wizard.
