How to Change Power Plans in the Intel® Graphics Command Center

Power plans can assist with saving energy, maximizing system performance, or balancing the power usage on your mobile laptop device. See the instructions below to change the current power plan on your system using the Intel® Graphics Command Center:

From the Windows Start Menu, search for the Intel Graphics Command Center. Double-click the Intel® Graphics Command Center icon to open the application.
Click System in the left navigational menu.
In the Power tab, change your power plan to Maximum Performance, Balanced Mode, or Maximum Battery Life.

Note

Power plans can also be modified in Windows* Settings.
