Error Code 0xA0070004 - Incorrect Metadata on the Intel® Optane™ Memory Device

The following Error Code was received when managing an Intel® Optane™ memory device: 0xA0070004.
This error may occur if there is old metadata, the data added to the module when creating a volume, still on the device. This could be from a previous instance of an Intel Optane memory volume.
If this data remains, the software cannot create new volumes as it indicates a volume already exists.
