Description
After updating to Windows® 10 Build 2004 and while having the latest drivers, when moving the mouse over some windows the screen becomes black.
Resolution
Intel tested the driver reported to have the issue, but couldn't reproduce the behavior. This suggests this could be triggered by either the OS update process (from build 1909 to 2004) or even by the OEM customizations.
