Description
On Windows* operating system, Intel® RAID Web Console 3 (RWC3) crashes with the following error message when sending test email using SMTP server that requires SSL/TLS:
An error occurred.
Sorry, the page you are looking for is currently not available.
Please try again later or Check LSAService and Nginxservice status
RWC3 is no longer usable until the system or LSAService is restarted.
Resolution
To avoid RWC3 from crashing, use SMTP server that does not require encryption or consider using a SMTP relay* .
Additional information
Intel RWC3 does not support using SMTP server that requires SSL/TLS encryption.
