I Receive Error Codes 10486 and/or 10729 While Paying through PayPal* on Intel® RealSense™ Store

Warning code from PayPal site:

10486 - DoExpressCheckoutPayment

10729 - DoDirectPayment

PayPal provides the following reasons for receiving Error code 10486:

• The billing address associated with the financial Instrument could not be confirmed.
• The transaction exceeds the card limit.
• The transaction was denied by the card issuer.

If you have ruled out the above issues, select PayPal guest checkout and pay directly with a credit or debit card. If you're unable to complete your transaction by logging into your PayPal account or PayPal guest checkout, select pay with Credit or Debit Card.

PayPal provides the following reasons for receiving Error code 10729:

• The payment was rejected due to a missing required shipping address State field.
• Sometimes PayPal will not allow you to use a credit card billing address from one country while shipping the order to another country; this is due to a fraud protection feature.

You can complete the order by doing one of the following:

• Match the billing and shipping countries.
• Create a PayPal account and complete the purchase.
• User a different credit or debit card.
