Intel Customer Support technical support services remain operational; however, due to COVID-related staffing challenges, our time to respond to phone, web, and chat support requests may be longer than usual.

Intel® Partner Alliance program and membership support remain operational; however, due to COVID-related staffing challenges, our time to respond to phone, web, and chat support requests may be longer than usual.

Some of Intel Customer Support product warranty collection or delivery services are currently being impacted due to country restrictions, the details of which can be found below. Countries or regions not listed are now not affected and are performing regular operation service times.

If further country-specific government restrictions are applied, there is the potential for additional impacts causing warranty processing and transit times to increase. We are actively monitoring the situation to adjust operations where and/or when possible and will communicate to our warranty customers directly when potential delays are known.

Hong Kong Total transit time may require additional 2 w/days from current TPT until further notice
Japan (RMA Shipment) Shipments to Hokkaido only , extension of delivery time up to additional 3 days, from January 18, 2021 till further notice.

Rest of the area except above are now subjected to additional 1 working day transit time from existing TPT
Philippines Shipment to Cebu required additional 3 days transit time until further notice.

Shipment to Outside Delivery Area (ODA) in Luzon and Visayas and Mindanao required additional 3 days transit time until further notice.

Rest of the area except above are now subjected to additional 1 working day transit time from existing TPT
Vietnam Shipments to Ho Chi Minh City resume however delivery could be very slow compare to usual as social distancing still ongoing.
