How to disengage network boot from the BIOS.

Steps to disable:

Enter the BIOS setup via F2.
Go to Boot Maintenance Manager > Delete EFI Boot Option.
Select all of the Network Boot options and scroll down to Save Changes.

When done, if Boot Manager is accessed, there will no longer be options for Network Boot

To re-add the Network Boot options, the easiest way is doing it via BIOS defaults (F9). It can also be re-added via Bootutil option.
