Description
After Windows update, display brightness increases when graphics driver is installed. You may also see missing colors on the display.
Resolution
This could be caused either by a bad installation of the update or an incompatibility between Intel's generic graphics drivers and your original manufacturer's settings.
- Run Windows update again
- Perform a clean installation of the graphics driver from download center
- If the issue persists, contact your motherboard manufacturer and request their driver.
