How to Identify Partial Serial Number (Partial ATPO) for Intel® Processors
The partial serial number (partial ATPO) is the last three to five digits from the serial number for the processor. These are printed in human readable format and located on the outside edges of the processor.
You can use the partial serial number along with the batch number (FPO) to check the warranty status of Intel Processor.
