Troubleshooting connectivity issues with Intel® Wireless AC adapters and Bluetooth® devices.
Description
The Intel® Wireless-AC Adapter is detected in the Device Manager, however it can not find external Bluetooth® devices.
Resolution
Perform the following troubleshooting steps:.
- Make sure that the antenna/s is/are properly installed.
- Verify through the board manufacturer if the main board supports external wireless adapters.
- Install proper drivers from Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or use Intel Generic Drivers if the OEM Drivers fail to function.
