Intel® Wireless-AC Adapter Cannot Detect Bluetooth® Devices

The Intel® Wireless-AC Adapter is detected in the Device Manager, however it can not find external Bluetooth® devices.

Perform the following troubleshooting steps:.

• Make sure that the antenna/s is/are properly installed.
• Verify through the board manufacturer if the main board supports external wireless adapters.
• Install proper drivers from Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or use Intel Generic Drivers if the OEM Drivers fail to function.
