Troubleshooting steps for connectivity issues
Unable to connect a Bluetooth device to the Intel® Compute Stick.
If you're having issues with Bluetooth such as missing Bluetooth device or intermittent connectivity, sometimes just powering down and powering back on may fix the issue.
If issue is related to connectivity or a peripheral such as headphones, keyboard, mouse, or any other Bluetooth device previously paired with the system but no longer connects or works properly:
- Go to the Windows search bar
- Type Services
- Click Yes at the pop-up window to allow the app to make changes
- Locate the Bluetooth Support Service and click on it
- Click Restart at the top left corner
Other troubleshooting steps:
- Check that Bluetooth is enabled in BIOS
- Press F2 during boot to enter BIOS setup
- Go to Advanced > Devices> Onboard Devices
- Check the box to enable Bluetooth
- Press F10 to save and exit BIOS
- Install the latest Bluetooth drivers from Download Center for the Intel Compute Stick
- Try a BIOS recovery: BIOS Recovery Instructions for Intel Compute Sticks
