Resolution
To fix the issue, you can follow the next troubleshooting steps:
- Run the Intel Processor Diagnostic Tool and see if it passes.
- Test the computer without the GPU and use only the iGPU.
- Swap the CPU with another one and see if the behavior continues.
- Update the motherboard BIOS to the latest version.
- If the issue started recently, consider doing a System Restore
