Resolution
Basic troubleshooting tips to improve performance:
- Check for the latest Windows updates.
- Install the latest drivers.
- Options:
- Use Intel® Driver & Support Assistant (Intel® DSA) to scan the computer for the latest drivers available.
- Search and download an drivers from Intel® Download Center.

- Revert BIOS to default values:
- Press F2 during boot to enter BIOS Setup.
- Press F9 to set defaults.
- Press F10 to save and exit BIOS.
- Ensure RAM is compatible.
- Visit System Memory Information for specs
- Test RAM using test program like Memtest86+*
- Upgrade BIOS using BIOS Update Instructions for Intel® NUC.
- Test the Intel® NUC's processor using Intel® Processor Diagnostic Tool.
