Resolution
The purpose of Windows Insider Preview* builds is to allow people to test new features and software that may be introduced in future releases.
The Intel® Extreme Tuning Utility (Intel® XTU) is supported on an official release of Windows® 10 builds only, and not on testing versions of Microsoft Windows® 10. If Intel® XTU is installed on a testing version, the behavior of the tool could be unreliable.
