Description

Intel® Driver & Support Assistant (Intel® DSA) is alerted of an available update for Radeon* Graphics Driver 25.20.14011.5005. The installed Radeon Graphics Driver version is 24.20.11026.2001. When trying to complete the update, the installation pop-up reports that the version 18.9.1 is already installed on the system. After you click Continue and the installation is completed, the system still reports the version 24.20.11026.2001. There is also a report to complete a BIOS update that is already installed.

Resolution
  1. Complete the update for Intel® DSA on the system.
  2. Uninstall the current Intel® DSA by using the Intel® Driver & Support Assistant Uninstaller.
