Teaming is not functioning correctly when using an Intel® Ethernet Adapter and an adapter of another manufacturer.
In most cases teaming an Intel® Ethernet Adapter with another manufacturer's adapter will be a workable scenario.

Recommendations when teaming two Ethernet adapters from different manufacturers:
- Make sure drivers are up to date on both adapters.
- In some cases, the adapters require the same make, model, and firmware.
- Contact the manufacturer of the adapter and see if they support teaming with other manufacturers.
- Verify that the team policy that is being used. A simple (Port ID–based) policy may help to avoid any compatibility issues. Try different teaming policies to find one that works.
