Intel® NUC Showing a Black Screen after Closing a Netflix* Video

Description

Seeing black screen right after closing a video that was playing from Netflix*.

Resolution

To resolve issue where a black screen is shown after closing a Netflix* video:

  1. Install the latest version of the BIOS. Latest BIOS available on Intel Download Center.
  2. Install the latest graphics driver. The latest Graphics Drivers can be found on our Download Center.
  3. Play any movie from Netflix* after following the prior steps.

If the issue persists, Test another video streaming service such as YouTube* or Amazon* to see if the issue is happening with other sites.

If the previous steps don't resolve the issue, contact Intel Customer Support.
