What's the process to create a Hot-spare.

After the RAID5 is created go to Drive management in the Main Menu
Locate the remaining drive without a configuration, under unconfigured good, select that one
Choose Assign Global Hot Spare Drive
Select Go to assign a Global Hot-spare
