How to Change Hot Keys for Intel® Graphics

Description

Conflicts have been encountered between the Intel® Graphics Control Panel or the Intel® Graphics Command Center hot keys and 3rd party software. 

Resolution

Customize hot keys in the Intel® Graphics Command Center

  1. From the Windows Start Menu, search for Intel Graphics Command Center. Double click the Intel® Graphics Command Center icon to open the application.
  2. Click System in the left navigational menu.
  3. Customize the hotkey combinations in the Hotkeys tab.

Customize hot keys in the Intel® Graphics Control Panel

  1. From the Windows Start Menu, search for Intel Graphics Control Panel. Double-click the Intel® Graphics Control Panel icon.
  2. In the Intel® Graphics Control Panel, click Options and Support.
  3. Navigate to the Hot Key Manager in the left navigation menu. 
  4. Select the hot key that you want to personalize. 
  5. Once the changes are made, select Save Profile
Note

Original equipment manufacturers (OEM) can disable certain hot-key functions.

You may not be able to select a new hot key combination if it is already being used for another application.

The Intel® Graphics Control Panel is available on systems that use Intel® Graphics Controllers with the correct drivers installed.

The Intel® Graphics Command Center is available on 6th Generation Intel® Core™ platforms or newer with the correct drivers installed.
