An Intel® Server Board crashes with blue screen and the error message: IRQL_not_less_or_equal. The error message confirms it is related to the iastora.sys system file for the embedded RAID controller of an Intel® Server Board.
Resolution
Reinstall the operating system using a different installation image, and re-create the RAID array from scratch.
