How to verify when a chassis slot does not detect an Intel® Compute Module HNS2600BPB and the node does not turn on

Description

A compute node (Intel® Compute Module HNS2600BPB) is not detected in a chassis slot.

Resolution
  1. Reseat the node
  2. Test the node into another chassis bay
    • If node is installed in one specific bay move it to another bay of the same chassis
  3. If these steps do not help, collect system event logs. Instructions:  User Guide for Intel System Information Retrieval Utility (Sysinfo)
  4. To submit the event logs, contact Intel Customer Support for servers and choose the desired support option.
