The video output range can be set using the following method for Non-Native HDMI. This method is the same as selecting the Quantization option.

Go to  Video > Basic  or Color Enhancement  > Input range > Driver Settings >  Full

Additional information

  • RGB Quantization range options in Intel® Graphics Control Panel are applicable to HDMI only, and will be seen only on Native HDMI connections.
  • This method won’t work on dongles. Especially USB C -> HDMI, which is treated as DP interface, not HDMI, on all active dongles and drivers.
