Why isn't there an I/O Shield with an Intel® Server Board S1200SPOR?

I/O shield not in the Intel® Server Board S1200SPOR box.
Where can I get this shield?

The I/O shield comes bundled with the Intel® Server Board S1200SPSR and Intel® Server Board S1200SPLR, only.  The Intel® Server Board S1200SPOR does not include it.
The I/O shield are only designed for S1200SPL(R) and S1200SPS(R) boards. The S1200SPO(R) board been installed in non-Intel 1u rack chassis may require chassis to support rear end I/O panel.

Since both the Intel® Server Board S1200SPOR and Intel® Server Board S1200SPLR have similar rear I/O layouts (see snapshot below, which is taken from section 2.2.3 of the Technical Product Specifications and Specification document), the I/O shield for the Intel® Server Board S1200SPL (AS1200SPLIOS) should fit on the Intel® Server Board S1200SPOR. But please be informed this I/O shield was designed to fit into an Intel® Server Chassis P4000XXSFDR with an Intel® Server Board S1200SPLR.  Thus, if you use 3^rd party chassis, double check that with the chassis manufacturer.
