This article contains troubleshooting steps to fix issues with accessing Bluetooth* feature on Intel® NUC.
Unable to use Bluetooth on Intel® NUC. Bluetooth device doesn't appear in Device Manager.
If you're having issues with Bluetooth, such as missing Bluetooth devices or intermittent connectivity, simply powering down and powering the device back on will commonly fix the issue. After trying that, perform these other troubleshooting steps if the problem continues.

Check BIOS | Check that Bluetooth is enabled in BIOS:

Disable and re-enable Bluetooth | Try disabling and then re-enabling Bluetooth:

Check Bluetooth drivers | Install the latest Bluetooth drivers available on Download Center for the Intel NUC. |
BIOS recovery | Try a BIOS Recovery. |
Check antennas | For Intel NUCs where the wireless adapter is installed in an onboard slot:
