Troubleshooting steps towards getting Windows* Server 2016 installed in Legacy Mode
Being Legacy Boot mode set in Basic Input/Output System (BIOS), one can create a bootable Redundant array of independent disks (RAID) volume through Intel® Rapid Storage Technology enterprise [Intel® RSTe] and begin the Windows* Server 2016 Operating System (OS) initial set-up screen; however, it would not recognize the RAID volume ("no bootable drive is found" error), despite attempting to load the Intel® Virtual RAID on CPU (VROC) and RSTe driver for Windows*.
Either try with another media or install Windows* 10 [upload the Intel® Virtual RAID on CPU (VROC) and RSTe driver for Windows* if the RAID volume is not seen]; once, the OS is installed, upgrade to Windows* Server 2016.
