Intel® Server Board S5520HCT Does Not Support Intel® TXT

A PCN109903 has been recently published to indicate that Intel® TXT feature support requires latest PVMT version onboard TPM chip. Intel® Server Board S5520HCT (PBA# E80888-552) does not support the Intel® TXT feature due to the old PVLV version TPM chip.
