1 SAS and SATA Removable Media devices, such as tape drives and CD-ROM drives, have not been tested on Intel® add-on RAID Controller, Intel® Integrated RAID, and Intel® Embedded RAID. If you want to use these devices as pass through devices on a product that is in RAID mode, you should perform your own tests to verify that they work as designed.
