Warranty Replacement for the Intel® Network Adapter
- To validate the warranty, we need the PWA and MAC address from the label of the NIC. See how to find your part number, stocking ID, or serial number.
- Fax or e-mail the form. You can use this form for any Intel® Network Adapter. You must fill out a separate form for each defective product you have.
- After we receive the form, we fax or e-mail an information packet with a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning the product.
Note Do not return products without completing this process. Products returned without and RMA number will be returned without being replaced.
