How to Verify Resolution, Colors, and Refresh Rate in the Intel® Graphics Control Panel
Follow the corresponding set of instructions to determine which resolution, colors, and refresh rate settings are currently configured:

Intel® HD Graphics Control Panel
- Open the Intel® HD Graphics Control Panel
- In the Windows* search box, search for Intel Graphics Control Panel The Intel Graphics Control Panel will appear as a search result.
Click the Intel Graphics Control Panel search result to launch the application. - If you are unable to open the Intel® Graphics Control Panel after installing it from the Microsoft* Store, see Intel® Graphics Control Panel Does Not Start After Installing it From the Microsoft Store.
- In the Windows* search box, search for Intel Graphics Control Panel The Intel Graphics Control Panel will appear as a search result.
- Select Display
- Note the Resolution and Refresh Rate
- Now select the Color tab
- Note the Color Depth
