How do I submit a ticket for Intel® Active Management Technology issues?
You can submit and manage your own support tickets at Intel® Business Support. After you complete a brief enrollment form, Intel engineers handle your tickets directly. You can track the status of your open tickets and view a history of previous ones.

What if I choose not to enroll?
If you choose not to enroll, you can participate in the Intel® vPro™ Expert Center to share knowledge and collaborate on common problems.

 

Note Intel engineers do not aid this community; therefore, enrollment is highly recommended.
