Intel® Edison Products – EU RED Certification, Declaration of Conformity, and Updated Labeling
The certification process and creation of Declaration of Conformity (DOC) for Intel Edison modules and developer kits (Intel Edison products) is complete. The EU Radio Equipment Directive (RED) requires this process.
Intel Edison products shipping from Intel as of August 21, 2017 include the packaging and labeling changes. The labeling changes reflect the updated DOC that these products can be shipped into EU countries. Download the Product Change Notification. For more details, see:

Intel® Edison Products – BLOCKED FROM SHIPMENT INTO TAIWAN
As a result of new product labeling, Intel blocked shipments of Intel® Edison modules and developer kits into Taiwan. Requirements include labeling that reflects compliance with new Taiwan RoHS standards. At this time, Intel does not plan to update product labeling for Intel® Edison modules and developer kits.
