Power Consumption for Intel® Edison Board for Arduino*
To get the power consumption figures, we measured the amount of current drawn by the Intel® Edison Board for Arduino*. The data gathered provides the low to high ranges of power consumption.
The tests used two different configurations—Wi-Fi disabled and Wi-Fi enabled. The voltage used for the tests ranged from 7V to 15V.
Intel® Edison Kit for Arduino* (Wi-Fi Disabled)
The average power consumption of the board with Wi-Fi disabled is about .5 Watts.
