Before you return defective products
Back up your personal data from the Intel® Compute Stick to other storage media, if possible. Intel uses a software-based data shredder to erase all data from the memory of returned Intel® Compute Sticks. Your documents and files will be lost.
Caution | Intel isn't able to track or return microSD cards or items that are included in the boxes sent to our Warranty Center. Remove and keep any microSD memory card you inserted into the microSD slot. Keep the parts that are included in the box:
