DirecTV2PC* Issues with Intel® Graphics
CyberLink DirecTV2PC* application has known compatibility issues with Intel® graphics. Symptoms include:
- Cannot play DVR recordings using the DirecTV2PC application
- The DirecTV2PC Application Advisor gives failed results for Screen Capture and HDCP
These issues occur because the DirecTV2PC application does not support Windows 8* operating system. Supported operating systems are listed on CyberLink DirecTV2PC Application Advisor FAQ*. Intel is not aware of an update, patch, or workaround.
