Summary:
Potential security vulnerabilities in some Intel® Server Products UEFI firmware may allow escalation of privilege or information disclosure. Intel is releasing firmware updates to mitigate these potential vulnerabilities.

CVEID: CVE-2022-34301(Non-Intel issued)
Description: A flaw was found in CryptoPro Secure Disk bootloaders before 2022-06-01. An attacker may use this bootloader to bypass or tamper with Secure Boot protections. In order to load and execute arbitrary code in the pre-boot stage, an attacker simply needs to replace the existing signed bootloader currently in use with this bootloader. Access to the EFI System Partition is required for booting using external media.

Recommendation:
Intel recommends updating Intel® Server Board M70KLPto version v01.04.0030 or later.
Intel has issued a product discontinuation notice for Intel® Server Board S2600BP, S2600BPBR, M20NTP, and M10JNP2SB as of dates listed in PDN links below, the Intel®Server Board S2600BP, S2600BPBR, M20NTP, and M10JNP2SB is not supported with any additional functional, security, or other updates. Intel recommends that users of the Intel®Server Board S2600BP, S2600BPBR, M20NTP, and M10JNP2SB uninstall it or discontinue use as soon as possible.
