Summary:
A potential security vulnerability in some Intel® Processors may allow denial of service. Intel is releasing microcode updates to mitigate this potential vulnerability.

Description: Improper Finite State Machines (FSMs) in Hardware Logic for some Intel® Processors may allow privileged user to potentially enable denial of service via local access.

Recommendation:
Intel recommends that users of affected Intel® Processors update to the latest version provided by the system manufacturer that addresses this issue.
Intel has released microcode updates for the affected Intel® Processors that are currently supported on the public github repository.
The microcode patch can be OS loaded.
