Tcl Console Command (View menu)

You open this window by pointing to Utility Windows on the View menu then clicking Tcl Console.

Opens the Quartus^® Prime Tcl Console window, which allows you to control the Quartus^® Prime software by running Tcl commands and scripts at the command prompt.
