Create Memory Map File (Generate output_file.map)

Allows you to turn on or off the ability forthe Quartus^® Prime software to generate a Memory Map File (.map) Definition when it generates a Programmer Object File for an EPC4, EPC8, EPC16, or CFIconfiguration device; a POF for Remote Update; or a POF for Local Update.
