CAUSE: You attempted to open the New Project wizard, but another project is open. The Quartus Prime software does not allow two projects to be open at the same time, and is asking if you want to close the project that is currently open.

ACTION: Click Yes to close the current project and open the New Project wizard. Click No to return to the current project. To avoid receiving this message in the future, close the current project before creating a new project.
