ID:267002 Entity "<type>" doesn't have name

CAUSE: The specified type of entity in a Signal Tap File (.stp) does not have a name attribute, but the name is required. As a result, the Quartus Prime software will ignore the entire entity.

ACTION: Specify a valid entity name in the STP File. To avoid this message in the future, Intel recommends using the Quartus Prime software dialog boxes and wizards to modify settings, rather than editing files directly.
