ID:233001 Can't open file <name> -- file does not exist
CAUSE: You attempted to open the specified file in the Project Navigator, but the Quartus Prime software cannot open the file because it does not exist. This message can occur when the file is deleted outside the Quartus Prime software.
ACTION: Click OK to close the message dialog box, and then make sure that the file exists and has the correct file name, that you have enough disk space and memory to open the file, that the disk is not corrupted, and that you have permission to read or write to the file.
