CAUSE: You turned on the Auto Shift Register Replacement logic option. As a result, Analysis & Synthesis inferred an altshift_taps megafunction with the specified NUMBER_OF_TAPS, TAP_DISTANCE, and WIDTH parameter values from the specified logic in the current design. This message is a submessage of the message that precedes it in the Messages window and the Analysis & Synthesis Messages section of the Report window.

ACTION: If you want to prevent Analysis & Synthesis from converting logic into an altshift_taps megafunction, turn off the Auto Shift Register Replacement logic option. Otherwise, no action is required.
