ID:287116 Row(s) and heading in table of Truth Table Statement must have equal number of items

CAUSE: In a Text Design File (.tdf), you did not use the same number of comma-separated items in one or more rows in a Truth Table Statement as you did in the truth table heading (the first row in the Truth Table Statement). The number of items in each row and in the heading of the table must be the same.

ACTION: Change the Truth Table Statement so that each row (including the heading) contains the same number of items. In addition, make sure you use parentheses consistently.
