ID:19366 Partial Reconfiguration and Reserved Core partitions are not supported for the <family> device family

CAUSE: This device family does not support Partial Reconfiguration or Periphery Reuse, but the design contains a Partial Reconfiguration or Reserved Core partition.

ACTION: Change the DEVICE_FAMILY assignment to a family that supports Partial Reconfiguration and Periphery Reuse, or remove all Partial Reconfiguration and Reserved Core partitions from the design.
