CAUSE: The specified database file is incompatible with the specified current version of the Intel Quartus Prime software because it was created by the specified previous version of the Intel Quartus Prime software. This message can occur if you recently upgraded the Intel Quartus Prime software.

ACTION: Delete the specified database file and recompile the design. Deleting the database file erases the results of the previous compilation. Recompiling the design restores the database file.
