ID:37014 Line <number> in Atom Netlist File <name> contains illegal name ID <name>

CAUSE: The Quartus Prime software cannot read the specified Atom Netlist File (.atm) because the file contains the specified illegal name ID. The Quartus Prime software stopped processing the ATM File at the specified location. This error also may occur if you created or edited an ATM File manually.

ACTION: Make sure the ATM File does not contain any illegal name IDs and regenerate the ATM File.
