ID:251005 Can't recognize value <text> as a legal location -- specify a legal location

CAUSE: You attempted to edit an assignment in the Assignment Editor and the assignment requires that you specify a legal location, but the Quartus Prime software does not recognize the specified value. The Quartus Prime software cannot accept illegal values. If a previous legal value exists, the Quartus Prime software will revert to the previous assignment value.

ACTION: Change the value of the assignment so that the location is legal. Intel recommends editing location assignments using one of the location sub-categories in the Category list of the Assignment Editor, where the Quartus Prime software performs more accurate assignment validation.
